To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with product in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at info@flameandscent.co.uk first. If your return is accepted, you will have to arrange return postage to the address provided via email from our customer service team. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will unfortunately not be accepted.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your order number. All this should be sent to info@flameandscent.co.uk with your first return request.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable)

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is returned more than 28 days after the returns period
